The following additional charges apply and are payable in cash at check-out:

• Cleaning & laundry service: 2,000 THB per stay
• Electricity: 10 THB per kWh, based on actual consumption
• Water: 50 THB per unit, based on actual consumption

Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out.
