Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 60 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.

In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.

Island Conditions

Please note that Cruz Lee is located on a tropical island. Although we do our best to provide a comfortable and reliable stay, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

Especially during heavy rain, storms or other local conditions, temporary interruptions to electricity, water, Wi-Fi or internet services may occur. These disruptions are part of island life and can affect the wider area.

Temporary interruptions or outages of these services that are beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or a refund.
