To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Electricity and water are charged separately based on usage: ฿10/kWh for electricity and ฿50/unit for water. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and payment is due in cash at check-out.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Please treat the apartment and shared facilities with care.
• Children using the swimming pool must always be supervised by an adult.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please switch off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
